KONE Spares is committed to supporting the products that we distribute, which are built on solid engineering and manufacturing technology. We recognize that our Customers will purchase components for equipment that may be in any life-cycle state, from currently manufactured to products that are nearing obsolescence.

Our engineering group is geared to supporting replacement component availability at all life-cycle stages. When original design components can no longer be feasibly produced, replacement parts and/or upgrades are engineered, when practical. Customer requirements drive this life-cycle management approach.

In addition, our technology group provides practical documentation to support Customer needs, from technical bulletins and drawings, to installation instructions. Additional phone support is provided when necessary. Prior to purchasing parts, Customers may require technical assistance to determine what parts to buy, or to answer any other questions they may have. Our technical staff works closely with Sales Technicians to provide this support, making your requirements a one-stop shopping experience.
